Lyophilized powder cakes are sealed under sterile vacuum with inert gas. They remain stable at ambient temperature (15-25°C) for several weeks during shipping. For long-term preservation, store vials in a freezer at -20°C where they remain stable for up to 24 months.

Always reconstitute lyophilized peptides with sterile bacteriostatic water (such as Restore H2O containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol). The antimicrobial agent prevents bacterial proliferation for up to 30 days after reconstitution.

Do not spray bacteriostatic water directly onto the lyophilized cake. Slowly introduce the water down the inside glass wall of the vial, then gently roll the vial between your palms until fully dissolved. Never shake vigorously, as fragile peptide chains can shear.

All orders are packaged in discrete, unmarked cardboard cartons with thermal insulation. Orders placed prior to 2:00 PM EST ship same business day via USPS Priority or Express.
